HISTORY: The Reserve of Pinecrest

In the summer of 2002, Richard Brandon Construction, Inc. filed to create a 77,000-sf rental apartment community. Completed in 2003, The Reserve of Pinecrest showcases how 68-units contained in six buildings arranged around a tropical garden and pool deck can transcend the traditional condominium community.

Originally managed by the Foster Company, the Association Board then moved to a full-time, on-site management person who lived on property. In 2020, Harbor Management took the management reigns and improvements abound. The Reserve of Pinecrest employs a full-time maintenance company which makes sure everything is in tip-top shape.

Amenities Make for a Strong Community

From the moment you pass through the automobile and pedestrian security gates, you know you are in a special community. Six buildings, each with its own elevator to the convenient and clean underground garage, insulate the professionally landscaped and maintained lush tropical garden with soaring palms and native low-level greenery. The main focus of the community is the centrally-located oversized heated pool and whirlpool spa, each of which is cleaned and maintained daily.

Community residents enjoys a full-size gym with updated equipment which overlooks Flagler Grove Park (a Pinecrest park dedicated to soccer). The community has a clubhouse with kitchenette for hosting parties and meetings, free WiFi in the common area, a modern fire safety system, metal roof, impact windows/doors, conveniency carts for moving groceries from car to your front door and more!

The Reserve of Pinecrest is proud of its strong balance sheet and dedicated Association Board.
