HISTORY: The Reserve of Pinecrest
In the summer of 2002, Richard Brandon Construction, Inc. filed to develop a 77,000-sf condominium apartment community. Completed in 2003, The Reserve of Pinecrest showcases how 68-units contained in six buildings arranged around a tropical garden and pool deck can transcend the traditional condominium community.
Originally managed by the Foster Company, the Association Board then moved to a full-time, on-site management person who lived on property. In 2020, Harbor Management took the management reigns and improvements abound. The Reserve of Pinecrest employs a full-time maintenance company which makes sure everything is in tip-top shape.
